1. Platform Usage

Botzhab provides a platform for creators to build AI-powered Telegram bots from their content. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Content Ownership

You must own or have the rights to all content you upload. You retain ownership of your content. By uploading, you grant the platform a license to process, index, and serve it through your bot.

3. Revenue Split

Subscriber payments are split 75% to the creator and 25% to the platform. Payouts are processed when your balance reaches $10.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not upload illegal content, malware, spam, or content that violates the rights of others. The platform reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts.

5. API Keys

Your Anthropic API key and Telegram bot token are encrypted at rest. You are responsible for keeping your keys secure and for any costs incurred through their use.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your bots will remain active until the end of the billing period.
